If we can’t accept the item for any reason, it will be returned to you within 2 working days free of charge.
Condition Guide
We DONT accept Burberry which;
- Is faded or discoloured
- Has stains (including makeup, food, drink, etc.)
- Shows signs of excessive wear (holes, tears, bobbling)
- Has moth damage (especially on wool or cashmere)
- Has a strong odour (pleasant or unpleasant)
- Has broken hardware (like zippers or fasteners)
- Is missing key components (such as belts, hoods etc)
