Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment times may be increased. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

La Rag Bag is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damage & Loss.

In the rare circumstance that your item becomes damaged or lost in transit, please get in touch. Should an item be lost or damaged as agreed with the postal service, a full refund will be provided. Please note there may be a delay as the carrier investigates. 

International Shipping Policy

La Rag Bag ships worldwide via UPS and Royal Mail. Please get in touch if you do not see an option which suits.
